Allie “Gato” Buck is constantly creating little worlds of monsters and exaggerated people.  She paints on whatever she can get her hands on; wish-bones, old drawers, windows, the sand at the beach, and the occasional hand- stretched canvas. She uses the paintings to tell stories with wildly bright colors and unusual characters. She paints alongside her husband, artist and backpack maker, Alex Buck. She also can be found playing with her sons Angus and Arlo, teaching art to kids, or biking with her dog.
