We want to make sure everyone get their hands on something tarty.   We ship domestically using the United States Postal Service.  At this time we cannot ship internationally via the website. If you live outside the continental U.S. or in another country, please email us for shipping and ordering information. Otherwise, shipping is automatically calculated based on what you've ordered and how much it weighs. You'll get a chance to review shipping charges before you commit to ordering.

You can most definitely order online but then pick up at our store.   You'll be given the chance to select pickup when you check-out.  We’re also working on a Bozeman bike delivery program – stay tuned.  What’s better than being able to order locally in your pajamas?  Getting that order delivered to your door by a cute bike messenger, that’s what!

If you received the wrong item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the wrong item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Clothing can be exchanged for the same design in a different size if you order and it doesn't fit.   (Limited to items in stock.)   Just mail it back to us within 30 days in pristine unworn, unwashed condition with a note telling us what size you’d like in exchange and a copy of your receipt.

Because many of our items are custom-made to your order, all sales are final. If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees quoted at your request. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount that may be charged.

When you do business with tartique.com, we assure you that your information will be kept confidential and as secure as possible. We make every effort to provide what we would expect ourselves when we shop online.

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

We only send you email to 1) track or confirm your order or 2) if you sign up for our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please contact us at holler@tartique.com.

tart carries work by local and regional (Montana) artists with an emphasis on recycled, repurposed and sustainable materials.  If you are interested in becoming a tartist, please email a description and photos of your work to tartress@tartique.com.  Please be professional and make an appointment before stopping by the store – it will greatly increase your chances of becoming a tartist.
