The fifth in a series Annie did exploring different typewriters. She says "After finding an old typewriter in my grandma's grocery store, I fell in love with them. I decided I wanted to draw several of them from different decades. They all function in the same basic way, but their styling differs quite a bit from decade to decade. The seventies typewriters are boxy and often the body is an odd colored plastic. The fifties were all about pastel colors and being made to last. The sound they make is just awesome. The one I found had probably not been used in twenty years, but the ink ribbon still works and all the keys are in perfect condition."
